Please join us Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the IAAP-WAC
chapter meeting to hear Kim Fox Marchetti, PHR deliver a presentation to
understand why conflict in the workplace happens, identify common
workplace conflicts situations, examine ways people deal with conflict
and discover a winning approach for a conflict situation.
Conflict is everywhere- it is a natural and unavoidable
interaction. Conflict is something we all deal with in one form or
another every day. The problem is that most of us don’t deal with it
very well. Take personal responsibility for dealing with conflict,
diversity and disagreement through the learning objectives for this
presentation.
